Providers of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs will observe northeast Indiana’s CTE Awareness Month in May with signing ceremonies. Northeast Indiana Works has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for delivery of services in Economic Growth Region 3. The scope of the request includes day-to-day operation of Northeast Indiana Works' 11 WorkOne career centers. Deadline for proposals is May 8. The RFP may be found here. Forty middle school students participated March 11 in Manufacturing Experience 2023 at the Amp Lab at Electric Works in Fort Wayne.  The students got hands-on experience in soldering, 3D printing, circuitry and the basics of electricity.
