Rachel Bryant, Youth Evolvement Program Manager for Brightpoint, was recognized
with the Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) Glynn Hines Lifetime Achievement Award for 2025.
This award is given by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development to those who
have devoted themselves to JAG with consistency and vision. The award is named after
a long-time JAG specialist, and program manager from northeast Indiana, former City Councilman Glynn Hines.
Bryant oversees school-based programs and out-of-school youth services in northeast
Indiana. She has pioneered efforts that include virtual guest speakers, regional career
tours, and the first JAG signing day.
In northeast Indiana, JAG programs are overseen by Northeast Indiana Works and
administered by Brightpoint.
