The updated user-friendly tool empowers Hoosiers of all ages to explore careers, survey education and training opportunities, and plan their next steps, according to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD).
Users who register on the site now will be connected to assessments and career exploration opportunities. Users will be introduced to enhanced resources and custom content specifically suited for them.
Jobseekers and students also can explore Indiana’s hottest industries and careers based on their interests and skills. Flame rankings designate those in- demand careers in Indiana.

INCE, an online career exploration tool used by students and adults, is powered by Futures, Inc. and is the result of a collaborative partnership of DWD, the Commission for Higher Education, the Department of Education, the Governor’s Workforce Cabinet, Ivy Tech Community College and Vincennes University.
